每年的3-4月採收荔枝蜜色澤淺而晶亮，氣味脫俗、含蓄高雅。 甜中帶著微微酸味，
但又沒有百花蜜那樣明顯的酸，入口還會散發出荔枝的果香，
是蜂蜜種類中少有帶給人清新感受的蜜。 荔枝蜜具有易結晶的特性。

As spring approaches after the long winter and the lychee flowers begin to bloom, the honey bees begin their long and busy life. The beekeepers also carefully time their harvests to the flowering season. First Bloom Lychee Honey is the first honey collected after a long period of rest so it has the thickest texture. It has a sweet taste and pale fragrance as well as a pale, golden color. Nutrients such as organic acids and glucose are all completely preserved, providing a taste of spring that is filled with zest and nutrients. Lychee honey has the highest glucose content and this often forms fine, crystalline threads.
