龍眼蜜是台灣主要的蜜源，甜度是所有蜂蜜中較高的。香氣濃郁，
甜味⼗⾜，是台灣⼈最愛的花蜜，有著濃烈的龍眼香氣，且⼝感及甜味濃郁。

「初綻龍眼蜜」陽光及氣候與開花時間及花開多寡決定了蜂農收成的因素，其中氣候最為關鍵，初綻龍眼蜜為第一期龍眼花綻放的蜂蜜，依氣候，南部溫暖花開早，中北部花期較晚，因花期易與荔枝花期交疊，所產的龍眼蜜芳香而不膩，色澤呈現淡琥珀色，豐富鐵質、礦物質、維生素…等高營養成份完整封存，口感極綿柔婉約、後韻甘美持久，讓人享受舌間上熱情奔放的樂章。

"First Bloom" Longan Honey

The beekeeper's harvest depends on sunlight, climate, flowering time and the number of flowers. Climate is a particularly critical factor. First Bloom Longan Honey comes from the first longan flowers to bloom. The South’s warmer climate means flowers bloom arlier than those in the central and northern regions, so the flower season tends to overlap with lychee flowers as well.The Longan honey thus produce is sweet without being sickly and has a pale, amber color. It is rich in nutrients such as all of which are captured fully. The texture is very soft and reserved but has a long-lasting aftertaste that creates a passionate score on the palate.
