台灣中海拔山區，以當令開花之花種為主，採自然放牧法，蜂群在深峻險要的地勢中採收野生植物汁液，採收不易，最是營養，細細品啜，味覺帶出層次多變的蜜香，溫潤沈穩的口感，延長了細節堅持的美好。

花榭-高山蜜是屬香氣濃厚的蜜種，口感略甜，色澤呈現琥珀色；自然完熟蜂蜜，含天然酵素...等豐富營養，由於味道濃厚時而帶有木香，絕對是款能呈現蜂蜜多層次的蜜種。

"Floral Pavilion"  High Mountain Honey

 Floral Pavilion High Mountain Honey comes from handpicked mountain areas in Taiwan at mid- to high-elevations and is based on seasonal flowering varieties. Under the natural beekeeping approach, bee swarms collect the juices of wild plants growing in rugged terrain. The honey harvested at great effort is very nutritious and has a rich, complex fragrance. The smooth, solid texture is itself the result of attention to detail.

 Floral Pavilion High Mountain Honey has a rich fragrance, slightly sweet taste and a deep, amber color. Being naturally matured honey, it is rich in natural enzymes and other nutrients. The strong flavor and hints of woody perfume makes this an excellent representative of honey's complex characteristics.
