每年2月~3月是荔枝花綻放的季節，花榭-荔枝蜜是為荔枝花盛放時所採集的單一花蜜，蜜蜂野放荔枝山群中，此期的花流蜜量大、但產期短，故採收時之氣候及陽光占最大因素，盛開的流蜜質量好且精純，味覺帶出淡淡果香，富含有機酸。口感上較不甜膩，色澤呈現淡琥珀色，含天然酵素，葡萄糖含量高，是一款能迅速且直接補充身體養份的蜂蜜。

The lychee flower season runs from February through to March . Floral Pavilion Lychee Honey is harvested when the lychee flowers are in full bloom from bees placed in wild lychee forests up in the mountains. During this time, the flowers produce the most nectar, though only for a short period, so the climate and sunlight play a critical role during the harvest. When lychee flowers are in full bloom, they produce the most and the best quality nectar that has a faint, fruity fragrance. It has an organic acidic taste so it is not overly sweet and has a pale, amber color. As it is in natural enzymes and glucose, this honey can replenish the body's nutrients quickly and directly.
